I am venturing into the world of unix-to-appletalk gateways.
I have CAP and KIP, but don't have the program in the KIP makefile
	/usr/stanford/bin/as68
I also don't have the pre-compiled program gw.srec.
I tried the info-mac archives, but couldn't find either.

Does anyone know where I can FTP the necessary files?
