  I'm not sure I understand everything I know about TSB's,
tunnels, life in general, etc....

  Is there any difference in the reliability offered by a TSB
vs. a Network Tunnel (CLNP-router) ?

  Can a TSB provide checksum assurance from end-point to end-point ?

  Ditto for a Tunnel ?
