Various people sent me elm patch #2.

1) I never requested this patch. I don't know why some people think
   I need this patch, but I don't. I got it already in comp.mail.elm.
   So please do NOT mail it to me. Perhaps someone could tell me, why
   they sent it to me.

2) One more general thing: Until now I got the patch three times. That's
   about 150 KB. This could be prevented, if these people had sent
   a small mail before saying something like: 'I have the patch. If you
   want, I will send it to you'. This will be much cheaper and prevents
   duplicate copies.
