The physical mail address given for Sol Kavy (the USENIX Watchdog for 1003.4)
should have included his mail stop.  Without a mailstop, mail can take up to
twice as long to reach an HP employee.

Please add:

   Mail Stop 47UX

to the mail address when corresponding with Sol by physical mail.
