Once Kickstart is done loading, either one of two things happens: 1). The Workbench disk picture comes up and everything works fine. 2). The machine bombs, GURU #(lots of zeroes)4. After CTRL-A-A'ing it anywhere from 1 to fifteen times, the Workbench screen comes up, and everything else works just fine. What could it be? I have an A1000 with the Amazing Computing 512k upgrade and a Wedge hard drive controller attached. I've had the memory for a year and a half, and I've experienced no problems up until now. By the way, a memory testing program says all of my memory is fine. Also, I took out my hard drive controller, and the problem still happens. Any help will be extremely appreciated. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ron Menelli rjm10838@uxa.cso.uiuc.edu --------------------------------------------------------------------------
