I also have a Microsoft Mach-20 80286 speedup card. When installed with the Rev 3 board the board boots up but won't boot from A:. it also refuses to think that there is more than 256 K installed. The Rev 4 board does nothing bar display some garbage characters. Does the Rev 3's BIOS have 4.77 Mhz specific timings for accessing A:. Also any suggests as to why it hangs the Rev 4 board. The Mach 20 needs the 8088 removed and has a cable that goes into the chips socket. Finally can I replace the board's Crystal to increase the speed about 4.77Mhz P.S. Why did Commodore design a 4.77 Mhz A0288 and not an 8 or 10 Mhz version with an 8086 rather than 8088. Now that would be something :-)
