     I have a disk which has the latest versions of -
           arc16
           uudecode
           shar
           zoo
           zip
                   ... and one or two other utilities.

     There is also an execute file to install this stuff on ram: when I
  am going to do a major batch of unloading.  Someone should make an
  unpackaging disk like this available. So, I guess I will. 
     Fred Fish charges five or six dollars per disk for onesy twoseys, so
  I guess I'd be willing to send out my collection for five dollars.
