All are available through CATS (Commodore Amiga Technical Support). 

The A500/A2000 Technical Reference Manual contains schematics for both
the A500 and A2000, and much additional information on these machines.
Cost is $40 in the U.S.A., $42.50 in Canada, and $45 all other earth points.

the A1000 Hardware Expansion and Schematics Manual is $20 (U.S.A.), $22.50
(Canada), and $25 for all others.
