For ftp, you can usually find the latest amiga sources/binaries on
xanth.cs.odu.edu.  You probably don't want to use swan.ulowell.edu any
more, since I don't update it, thus only files posted before April 89
are there (unless somebody at ulowell has started to archive the
postings).

I'll tell you a little secret:

	The archiver server's index files are updated by hand.

So, the archive server knows about plplot (applications/plplot.*), but
the index doesn't.  I'm working on automating the index updates, but
can't do everything at once...
