I believe the program that you are describing above is ATRIADES BBS put out
by INCOGNITO SOFTWARE. From what I hear, it's a decent BBS system but ridden
with a few bugs, and not entirely user friendly. I've called systems running
ATRIADES and it appears to the user (me) to be a good system. I have no idea
what the other end looks like though...
