I am an excellence! v1.14 owner.  It seems that Micro Systems Software is
distributing upgrades unevenly.  I read in Amiga Transactor that excellence!
can be forced to use the workbench screen with the -w command line argument.
I tried this, but it didn't work.  v1.14 also has trouble with footnotes;
footnotes don't print properly in NLQ or DRAFT print modes.  Does anyone know
if these problems have been fixed in newer versions?  What is the newest
version?  How can I get it?
