I had a go at reverse engineering the BCPL Global Vector a while back.

The results are available for FTP at several places.  For example they're
on swan.ulowell.edu in the files /amiga/dos/bcpl-c.shar.Z and
/amiga/dos/bcpl-code.c.Z.
