Since Apple has NEVER said there was a GS+, why should they have to say there is not going to be a GS+? The so called GS+ began as a figment of someone's mind and went from there, Never once did Apple encourage that rumor. The only thing Apple did say was when John Sculley said there would be an addition to the Apple II line in 12 to 18 months from the time he made the announcement (and that was last September), which by my book was much less than 12 months ago. What else do they really need to say. It was said plain and clear what and when to expect something, so let's give him the benifit of the doubt. When 18 months has come and gone, then and only then do they owe us some public word on why their CEO lied to the public, if in fact they do not live upto his word, and no-where in his statement did he ever say what was going to be would be named the GS+. Not only was I there when he made his statement, It is also on a video tape released by Apple to all of it's user groups across the country. Somehow I feel that Apple knows we expect them to carry out the promise made by Sculley, they got the word, now we must wait to see what they do with their "Discovery".
