My Transwarp has also worked flawlessly for close to four years.  Even
though it does take up a slot and much energy (I bought the new AE
power supply for my //e, but I do have all but one slot occupied) it is
invisible.  Besides, it is much safer to remove a card than a chip
if you want to use normal mode for extended periods of time.
