Aren't the MAC people satisfied with their own group? Sounds like the same Listen. People have spent far space complaining about the Mac stuff than there was Mac stuff. Furthermore, most of the people you are complaining about will never have seen your complaints. Lots of people read this list in USENET news. In that system you can cross post messages to more than one newsgroup. In most news readers if you reply to a cross-posted message it gets cross-posted again. Someone posted to both groups. All you saw was the thing that came to info-apple. People on USENET responded to that message, their responses also came to info-apple (and gradually the topic changed of course, because by now we are seeing responses to responses). Eventually the cross-posting will die out and the problem will go away. However here on info-apple people will doubtlessly still be sending messages to the list (rather than the original message posters) complaining about it. Finito. -------
