The arguement that because ProDOS 8 can't reed the resourse forks doesn't wash with me. It sounds too much like the people I see who still haven't changed to ProDOS because it can't read their DOS 3.3 Programs. If we expect top see the IIGS+ or what ever and get all the advantages of new and better things we have to live with change. I agree that a backup program is a necessary at the time of release. But maybe that part of the reason we all got notice of it's release in advance. In the past Apple has not given us the time to prepare for changes. I think the announcement of GS/OS 5.0 and Mac 7.0 is a step in the right direction. Grant
