In the Apple II world, there seem to be numerous types of XModem
protocols - Xmodem standard, Xmodem 1K, Xmodem Prodos, Xmodem Dos, 
Xmodem ___, ad nauseum.  

It's obvious what some of these mean, but can somebody summarize 
what the difference between these protocols is?
