ORCA is based on ProDOS 8 v1.2, and it runs with no modification on my 64K home-made clone. I am curious as to how Apple feels about copying ProDOS for no charge, since my ORCA package warned that I should not use ProDOS 8 when not booting the ORCA disk, and they even said I shouldn't copy it to any of my other disks!
