Hi,

now I got a null-modem-cable between the ST and the 800XL without
using the 850 interface. The ST is connected direct to the 800XL
system-bus (19200 Bd).

I want to use the ST as one or two RAM-disks for the XL. Maybe I
include a printer-buffer, if the printer is connected to the ST.

But I need some info's to realize the project.

 How is the data-exchange done between the XL and a 1050 drive , printer ?
 Commands used ? Data format ? Checksum ?

I want to boot the DOS from D1 and then the ST should respond like D2
and/or D3.

Any help is appreciated...   thanks in advance...
