Do anybody have experiens with scsi harddisk controler to AT

I'am trying to use a rodime 3128T 18 ms scsi 3.5":
I have tryed:
WD7000: Will disconect the printers, and not alow copy on the HD
Seagate ST01 : Will not format the harddisk.
Rodime controler : Will not boot on the harddisk.
Adaptec AHA-1542A : Fine controler, is there any bougs i not have sean.

If you have information on the adaptech AHA-1542A god / bad please respond
