Jones) Organization: Naval Ocean Systems Center, San Diego Lines: 16 I tried to set up an AST print buffer using my motherboard expanded memory; as soon as I try to print, I lose the virtual disks I had in expanded memory, my printed file looks wierd, my system siezes up so badly I have to reboot, and someone in my office dies clutching the side of their neck and groaning "voodoo". OK, well this last is a slight exaggeration :-). I called AST once regarding some problems I had adding Allways to Lotus, and the woman I talked to knew her business and was helpful. The call I made about this was fruitless: I got a new guy, evidently. I have an AST expansion board with two megabites extended, one meg expanded on the motherboard, and 640 KB conventional memory. I have a host of TSR's (I know, spit on me) which up till this haven't caused any pains. Any wisdom, oh great spirits of the wires? jbjones jbjones@marlin.nosc.mil
