I believe that you want Utility functions off of the main menu. Then use the VRM minidisk to "Change Page Space Minidisk". You can do it all from the VRM diskette, but it is not obvious. Then do the install with the Install Maint diskette. I've successfully moved /usr by creating a new partition, backing up and restoring the data to the new partition, and then using the Install/Maint diskettes, deleting the minidisks and reallocating them in the exact same locations but with the opposite IODN numbers.
