We corrected some of the problems that people ran into and
put a new copy of the alpha-release out on cu-arpa.cs.cornell.edu
this morning.  It might be useful if you could let me know
that you are playing with the alpha release -- I'll maintain
a short mailing list and keep you posted regarding bugs and
fixes as they are developed.
