There's an INIT, I think it is, called MacWelcome that will place
a message on the screen at startup time.  The message is easily
changed.  I've seen it run once; it might be on the major
commercial services and bulletin boards, and I know for sure that
it's on Aurora Borealis in Columbus, OH, 614-471-6209.
