At the moment, all Partners and Certified developers are getting the most
complete technical documentation which is available.  Since these are more
directional notes than firm technical documentation, they are not yet
available to anyone outside of this group.  Further discussion in these
groups will probably be the best source of information.

I don't think Apple will be releasing these notes to the general public
anytime soon since the information contained within is constantly CHANGING.
System 7.0 is a work in progress...
