There is going to be a Writing a Printer Driver development kit.  The reason
Apple hasn't documented these things in the past is because anyone who had
done this in the past would now break.  Now that the printing architecture
is being completely rewritten, you can expect a different reaction from
Apple when you want to write a printer driver...
