Are the following *features* going to be fixed in sys7.0?

1. When the finder is run it moves the hard disk and the finder to 
fixed locations on the screen.  I have wanted to move such icons to the 
bottom of the screen instead of the sides.

2. Will the OS have font menus display in the real font (ala suitcaseII)?
