The Q & A Stack, as well as the updated Technical Notes Stack, and the
new MacDTS Sample Code will be distributed to all developers via the
monthly mailings (for those who do not have CD-ROM drives) and will be
posted to AppleLink, Usenet, and other electronic services. These
are examples of our "one-to-many" solutions which ALL developers get and
will always get.

All developers who are Partners, Associates, and Certified with Apple will
be receiving a copy of "Phil & Dave's Excellent CD" in their monthly mailing.
At this point in time, there may not be any way for anyone who is not
Certified to receive this CD, although almost all of the information is
available on the nets (or will be soon) or on disk somewhere.

If there is a great demand for the CD, then I'm sure the powers that be can
be convinced to put it out through APDA.  If you think you are interested in
this, send me a message at an address below and we'll look into it further.
