These are examples of our "one-to-many" solutions which ALL developers get and will always get. All developers who are Partners, Associates, and Certified with Apple will be receiving a copy of "Phil & Dave's Excellent CD" in their monthly mailing. At this point in time, there may not be any way for anyone who is not Certified to receive this CD, although almost all of the information is available on the nets (or will be soon) or on disk somewhere. If there is a great demand for the CD, then I'm sure the powers that be can be convinced to put it out through APDA.
