.The latest version of ResEdit is 1.2 (final). It comes with many samples in C
.and Pascal. It is available on AppleLink, Phil and Dave's Excellent CD (the new
.Developer Helper disk from Apple DTS), and APDA ($30, $1 for each day you have

Does anyone know of a new version of MenuEdit ResEdit resource that works
with version 1.2 of ResEdit?  The current version does not.  Another problem
that has not been addressed in ResEdit1.2 is the ability to play sound on
ANY machine when 6.0.2 is installed (and with it the NEW sound manager
which is needed to play snd resources).
