Yes it does - what they really mean is 'the unused virtual addresses
where the slots turn up in 24-bit mode' (the SE-30 does have the
concept of fake NuBus slots which can be used by board developers
who want to port their ROMs with as few changes as possible)
so on an SE30 you should get all that virtual address space
