I must admit that I was very critical of Apple's new policy of making developers pay to help Apple sell computers. I can only guess from what's come over the net that the answers to all of the above questions are "yes", in which case the $350 annual fee for Associate status seems pretty reasonable. But $350 still is a lot to me right now, so I need straight forward answers to those questions. I will summarize to the net if appropriate.
