We have a class B network with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and the /etc/networks file contains things like: domain-ring 129.79.253 psych-ring 129.79.161 wcc-net 129.79.1 The problem is that when I do a nidump, I get all of these entries with "129.79" listed as the network. I have a feeling something isn't paying attention to the subnet mask. Any clues? James Conley Indiana University Computer Science jec@iuvax.cs.indiana.edu
