I am looking for a package to help build SunView interfaces.  For example,
something which would allow you to edit a panel on the screen by direct
manipulation (cut & paste of buttons, scroll bars, etc on to a window).  I
believe I saw a note on some such package in Sun-Spots a while back, and
was wondering if someone could give me a pointer to it.  Please send
