getlogin() returns 0 when 0,1,2 are a prt without a utmp entry or a pipe.
Sendmail screws up the default From address when getlogin() returns 0.
For mh, the only fix I found was to turn off BERK, forcing the non-use of
spost. Options as follows:

bin	/usr/local/bin
bboards	off
etc	/usr/local/lib/mh
mail	/usr/spool/mail
mandir	/usr/local/man
manuals	standard
mts	sendmail
ccoptions -g
options	BSD42 TTYD DUMB ATZ
