There's been some talk that the Sun-3/400 series has much improved I/O
capability.  The lovely brochier from Sun simply refers to it as "a
patented, completely new I/O-cache technology."

Would someone in the know (hello Sun?) care to comment on what the changes
were ?  Does anyone have any information or benchmarks that they can
share?
