I just dug out a TI portable business pc. It is running DOS version 2.11 and has nothing on it (other than the DOS stuff that comes in the dist). I have tried running lots of other MS-DOS disks thru it but it bombs everytime giving some *system error* 1048 (?) And I have tried booting it off of MS-DOS 3.0 and it refuses to boot. Question: What's going on? I thought this thing was supposed to be PC-Compatible? Can I get an upgrade on system disks? If not, what can I get that will run on 2.11? How about some communication program that would allow me to add a modem to it? Thanks.
