Since my previous posting of my index, I've gotten a
few responces of people who couldn't get the
HpTeX macros out, so they could use Plain TeX.

Also I received from Hellmuth Broda (whbr@cgch.uucp) a modified
version in LaTeX format that presevers the Two Column mode
I was using, and a bit nicer formatting.  If you would like
this copy, send me mail.

For my file, if you are going from HpTeX to Plain TeX, you just
need to remove the \start and \end{twocolumn} and any other
commands that tex complains about.
