I'm familiar with the line:

static char rcsid[]="$Header$";

to have the RCS id end up in the binary file.  How can I do this
in Fortran 77 (as opposed to C).  I seem to have a memory of seeing it
somewhere, but my mind seems a tad fried these days.  Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
