Lines: 15 We are currently running Xenix on a 386 box with 2 meg of memory. Pathalias just needs too much memory to run on this system, and consistently stops with out of memory messages. Someone mentioned to me that there was a version of pathalias that built its data structures on disk (instead of malloc'ing them). This sounds as if it would solve my memory problems in the short term, till I can buy more. If anyone knows of such a beast, if you could mail it to me, or point me in the right direction to find it, I'd be most appreciative. br -- *RaiderNet Public Access, Murfreesboro, TN. - Middle Tenn's Unix GateWay* *Phone: (615)896-8716/(615)896-7905 Mail: BOX 2371, Murfreesboro, TN 37133* *DOMAIN: root@raider.MFEE.TN.US UUCP:!{ames, rutgers, decwrl}!killer!raider*
