From what location?  Is it available anywhere through anonymous ftp?  I surely
wouldn't want to make a long-distance call to download a program of any
considerable size.

Oh, and more importantly: What, exactly, is it?  What machine(s) does it
run on?  What features does it sport?

Where can I find these details?  Were they posted here already, did I miss
them?
