Why, when I make postings like these with "xrn" is it horrendusly slow to
type in the text in the posting/followup widget?

The characters I type in this widget appear at about 1 per second.
However, pasting a cut buffer/selection into the widget happens immediately.

Is the text editor widget (I assume this is what it is) always so slow?
