Don't hold your breath but the former may happen sooner than you think, in some
shape or form. Also the ANONYMOUS friends who run the info-server network work very hard
for the benefit of others. NIFTP and FTAM are also available, as well as
mail. I would like to setup a GNU-sources server here, but this is not possible.
