In GNU Emacs 18.54.1 of Sun Apr 16 1989 on fred (berkeley-unix)

Could you please add ".sbin" to completion-ignored-extensions?  This
is the compiled file extension for Lucid on Sparc machines.

You already have ".lbin" so I'm hoping that this is not an
unreasonable request.
