Message-ID: <8905192002.AA25773@zds-ux.uucp> Date: 18 May 89 19:36:53 GMT Sender: daemon@tut.cis.ohio-state.edu Distribution: gnu Organization: GNUs Not Usenet Lines: 14 I just obtained a version of Gnu Emacs with a last date of Mar 1986 in the ChangeLog and am wondering if there is a newer version that will work under SCO Xenix 386 (V2.3)? The one I have says nothing about the Intel 386 or Xenix. I got the program to compile but it dies while in the routine Fget while running Fmake_vector from init_obarray. It dies with a segmentation violation error & core dump. I would like to know if this is an old version and if there is already a version running under Xenix, so I can determine if I need to get a newer version, and not waste my time. Thanks for the programs and any info you can supply will be greatly appreciated. Rob LaMoreaux (616)-982-3187 Heath/Zenith Data Systems ...!uunet!zds-ux!qaeval!robl
