I've recently been having some trouble with a program giving different
results when the code for a function is #include'd from when I link the
two routines together.  I've included a prototype for the function, so
I can't figure out what's happened.  We're running VMS 5.1, and only
recently switched from 4.7.  Has anyone running 5.1 noticed anything
similar?
