I recently downloaded version 1.31 of the gnu assembler (gas)
from the UUNET machine.  There is no man page or associated
documentation with the release code.

(Please don't take this as a complaint, as I *greatly* appreciate the
free software!)

Is the syntax, command line, etc., identical to the Sun documentation ?
What should I use as a reference ?

Any info along these lines would be greatly appreciated.
