Hopefully, *every* site in pubnet is rerouting the posting.  This newsgroup
was created as "moderated" by nixpub@warble.uucp, and this was never
changed.  Either, (1) you need to start putting an "Approved:" header in
your messages *and* tell the folks in pubnet.config what to use as the
moderator's address and mailpaths, or (2) issue a newsgroup message which
resets pubnet.mixpub as unmoderated.  (I unilaterally took step 2 locally
several months ago when this problem first surfaced.)
