So what we have to do is develop a new code (not rot13) and explain it to
everyone BUT the prudes.  One good place to start is something that National
Lampoon once did in the stricter '70s -- to substitute certain "clean" words
like "hit", "bomb", "murder", etc., for "dirty" words.  "I bomb you, let's
maim."

Alternatively, we could work to make the general public realize that
censorship itself IS obscene, and complain fiercely to the legislature.
