Net bandwidth is bad enough... please e-mail replies.

Today, I had to try to cancel an article that someone else posted
for internal reasons.  Without doing what I did (from root, su to that
user, find the the article with rn and cancel it that way) is there some
way that I, as the administrator, can do that through inews?  The
documentations, from what I can find, is not clear on this.
