Many of those who read this group have read Drexler's book, Engines of
Creation.  A significant sub-theme in the book was memes.  This is a 
pointer (save that net bandwidth!) to a long (30k) article about memes.
It is in talk.politics.theory.  I plan to post another one about the
origins of memes in a few days.  Comments are welcome.
